Happy Act?

We don’t need no stinking Happy Act.

This guy is right. A tax deduction for pet care is a bad idea. As he, a fellow pet nut, says: “pets do not need owners who believe they need a tax deduction to provide adequate care.”

And he points out very helpfully –to wise Latinas and community organizers and rabid pet lovers of every political persuasion–  that there ain’t no freakin’ Pet Clause in Article I of the Constitution.

Incidentally, off to Wyoming tomorrow. What Mrs. Stagger refers to as a “dog trip” because the itinerary is largely designed to be pooch friendly. Like I said… pet nuts. Back in a few days.
